To establish and promote standardized professional practice among coroners, medical examiners, and their staff as set forth by accepted operational guidelines. To draft and advance legislation that facilitates standardized professional practice and administration of the office for the safety and well-being of the citizenry, and to deter any legislation that is detrimental to this mission or the Association.
